# Is there a Limitation on Field Length in ERP systems?
ERP applications can have different limitations around field lengths which cannot be predicted. Please be aware of these limitations. E.g. GP Document IDs cannot exceed 16 varchar.

# Can I Remove an attachment in DX2?
Be very careful when adding an attachment to a document. For security reasons to prevent fraudulent activity, attachments cannot be removed once attached to a document.
# Why Can't I See the Attach Option in Dynamics GP?
In Dynamics GP, a URL link to the DX2 document can be attached to the document in Dynamics GP. This link can be viewed from the Payables Transaction Inquiry screen. This screen has an Attach button from where it can be accessed.
If the Attach button cannot be seen, then the setting has not been enabled in Dynamics GP.
# How do I turn on the Document Attachment in GP?
- Go to Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> Company >> Document Attachment Setup

As the DX2 attachments are stored in Azure, the default location can be any existing folder name.
